The traceability of our olive oils is strictly controlled, since the olives are born in the trees until the moment they reach the consumer.

Due to the lot assigned to each bottle, we know its path at all times, from the origin of the raw materials of the container and its cap, to its final destination, the consumer’s table. The traceability of our products includes a physical, chemical and sensory analysis, which is at all times regulated and controlled by our Regulating Council of the Sierra de Cazorla Designation of Origin and our quality control systems, listed below.

Thanks to the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP), all our departments, products and packaging accurately fulfill all the quality standards.

Besides, the quality of our installations and the entire production process of our olive oil have been certified in accordance with the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2000 quality regulation.
